Application

The SC Series delivers a fast, reliable, and sealed termination solution for RG and custom coaxial cables in automotive, industrial, and PCB applications. Each unit integrates a heat-shrink sleeve, prefluxed solder ring, and integral mechanical reinforcement to secure both the center conductor and the shield. This prevents wire breakage and ensures stable signal integrity under vibration. The transparent insulation allows for easy visual inspection, while optional preinstalled ground leads simplify assembly. Available in standard and high-temperature versions to withstand demanding environments.

Series Overview

• SC125B (Eco): Polyolefin sleeve. The solder rings meet environmental protection requirements, rated to 125°C.

• SC125C (General): Polyolefin/PVDF sleeve, rated to 125°C.

• SC150A (High-Temp): PVDF sleeve, One/Two-Piece design, rated to 150°C.

Notes：

1. The SC150A-XZ series uses a one-piece design to terminate coaxial cables rated at 125°C minimum.

2. Using Part 1 of this table, select the appropriate coaxial product group (1, 2, or 3) based on your RG cable number, TE cable description, or cable dimensions.

3. Using Part 2 of this table, select the product part number based on the coaxial product group you selected in Part 1 and the appropriate preinstalled lead type you selected on the previous page.
